With each massage stroke, feel tension melt away as tired and sore muscles surrender to the quiet music and the gentle scent of oils.
If you are experiencing pain or discomfort, I can use different depth of pressure and technique; and along with changing the amount of oil, I can work deeper and be more specific to the area of concern. Add a little stretching to the session and you can feel those tight muscles lengthen while letting go of the discomfort.
